The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued Memorandum Circular No. 5 Series of 2023 on April 25, 2023. In this circular, the SEC Rules and Regulations of the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act of 2022 were outlined for compliance by all financial service providers, such as Loan Star Lending Group Corp. (LSLGC).
